Based activities in General Education Dept (Including staff fixation)- Circular dated 30-04-13 | User Guide | UID Portal | മേല് സര്ക്കുലറില് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം സ്കൂളിലെ എല്ലാ കുട്ടികളുടെയും ലഭ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങള് വെബ്സൈറ്റില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി സൂഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം അബ്സ്ട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹിതം പ്രിന്റ് ഔട്ട് 15-05-2013, 05 PM നു മുന്പായി ഹെഡ് മാസ്റര്മാര് ഓഫീസില് നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്. Ensure all student's UID/EID are entered online.Verify all data once more. (Name, Ad No., Name, UID/EID, medium of instruction, first language part 1, first language part 2 etc) After verification submit the data. Staff fixation for the year 2012-13 shall be done using this verified UID data. After submission, addition of data is not allowed at any cost.  In G.O (P) No.143/11/Fin dated 30/03/11, Government have made corrections/ additions in the G.O (P) No.85/11/Fin dated 26/02/11 and finally issued the orders revising Pay and Allowances of State Government Employees, Staff of Educational Institutions etc..This has concurrence of the Election Commission of India which was requested for because model code of conduct has came into effect from 01.03.11 for the ensuing General Election of the Kerala Legislative Assembly.
2. Date of effect of revised grade/promotion/other allowances : 1/2/11 3. DA Admissible to revised pay w.e.f. 1/7/09 : Nil w.e.f. 1/1/10 : 8% w.e.f. 1/7/10 : 18% 4.Arrears - Paid in cash from Feb 11. Arrears from 1/7/09 to 31/1/11 will be credtited to the PF Account. The arrears will not be withdrawn till 31-03-15, except in the case of employees who retires before the date. |
